Law Gardern

Law Garden is one of Ahmedabad's most iconic public spaces, where heritage, commerce, and everyday life intersect. This interaction design research project explores the market as a complex urban ecosystem, investigating the relationships between vendors, visitors, residents, and civic authorities. Through field observations, interviews, stakeholder mapping, personas, and systems thinking, the project identifies key challenges in navigation, parking, and vendor identity. The outcome uncovers opportunities to improve both the visitor experience and the livelihoods of local vendors while preserving the cultural character of the market.
